Here is some information about AISA taken from the site

Founded in October 2000 the Arsenal Independent Supporters’ Association first established its reputation through effective campaigning in support of the Club’s application for planning permission for the new stadium.

AISA is a vehicle that all Arsenal fans can use. We work constructively with the Club, and aim to ensure that supporters comments and opinions are presented and listened to by the Club, its contractors and other agencies.

AISA has a substantial membership base and regularly communicates with over 8,000 Arsenal supporters, spread throughout the UK and abroad. Our infrastructure is growing to meet the needs of those fans. We provide a range of services, including:

* weekly email with news and information
* our newsletter – The Arsenal Supporter
* meetings and social events

AISA campaigns on issues that we feel potentially exclude and alienate supporters. Both with the Club and the Kick It Out organisation we have taken a number of initiatives against racism. We regularly raise individual issues on behalf of fans as well as broader concerns, such as ticket pricing and allocation.

Membership of AISA is open to every Arsenal supporter; the strength of our organisation is that we represent and articulate the views of all Arsenal fans; aged 8 to over 80, from every part of the UK and beyond; new supporters and those that have supported the Club throughout their life.

AISA is a voluntary and democratic organisation: our officers and committee are elected at our AGM and all AISA meetings and activities are open to all members.
