Gilberto recommends Arsenal

Ex Arsenal midfielder Gilberto Silva has told Brazil team-mate Felipe Melo he should join Arsenal.
According to press reports Arsenal have made an offer for the Fiorentina midfielder, 25, who has been on international duty at the Confederations Cup.
Gilberto, who left the Emirates last summer to join Panathinaikos, told BBC Sport:
“We heard rumours and he asked me. I said it’s a fantastic club and if he’s interested he should go without thinking.”
“He is exactly what they need – a powerful player with quality.
“If they got him it would be great because he is a player they need at the moment.
“I’m sure if they got him it would be a good signing. I have told him Arsenal is a great club and I am sure next season they will improve.”
it’ll be great. Melo is a great player. we need him right there at the middle. in my view the experiment with Denilson is not working. we need him (Melo) paired with potent Song so that Cesc moves further up.
melo is great addition for squad.. definitely
Melo is a very combative midfielder as I watched him throughout the Confederation tournament.He can fit well in the Arsenal guard because we need a holding sure footed midfielder in the mould of Gattuso or Makelele, unfortunately i do see Wenger buying him.Arsenai is known to be team that thrives on left overs than out muscling other teams for quality players.They must make sure they use the transfer window wisely before next season begins.
the fact that u were born, u have the potentioal of helping the world! if melo could join arsenal(which i considered to be the greatest club on earth),he(melo) will be the beneficiary because,his going to enjoying good football with passion. Although arsene need more committment concerning his signing. up gunners! arsenal till i died!
